This is a self healing workshop series. It will be covered in four Wednesday evenings. This self healing series will not only cover metaphysical topics, such as energy and how disease is created by energy blocks, but will also give very practical step-by-step guidance for self healing in the areas of relationships, health, emotions, and spiritual development. After this workshop, you will have a much better understanding about healing, and you will be able to utilize all the resources you already have to clear the blockages buried within you and to heal your deepest wounds which you have carried in this life and for many incarnations. As a result, you begin the path of self healing to heal yourself on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – and you are able to raise your vibration and move forward to higher consciousness. We will do 30 minutes guided meditation at the end of each class to practice self healing.
